For over 50 years the Lightning Ridge District Bowling Club Ltd has supported local community organisations assisting them to make positive changes to the lives and lifestyles of our locals.

Local community organisations are encouraged to apply for grants through Clubs NSW, and to directly approach the Club for assistance. Over the years many organisations have benefited not only directly through funding assistance but also through knowledge and skill sharing or additional services offered by the Club. Over the past three (3) years the Club has distributed over $250 000 in form of Grants, Donations, and In-Kind services. The Club is proud to be a member of the Lightning Ridge Community and takes pride in assisting wherever and whenever possible.
